MUELLEUNO - new Malaga Port

 And again we are in new Malaga Port - MuelleUno. You can see that this Sunday - 07 of October - there was a lot of people walking here.

He needn't oficial space! CALLE LARIOS - Street Artist

HELLO! I prepared video but it was very long and difficult to load it. So I made picture from video to show this business-artist. He needn't to rent office or store - he need a vivid audience with spectators. This artist from Argentina makes 3 miniatures for 10 minutes, each for 3, by one finger. His technic is almost autimatic. Paintings by oil on glass are copied almost without any change. But of course he need paints, pieces of glass and wire hangers. Every 3 pictures cost 10 euro. There was a long line from tourists in Calle Larios.

Hello! All the left side of the calle Vendeja is prepared for description.

So, building N1 – belongs to the Ministry – CAPITANIA MARITIMA. Relatively small part of it is occupied by Patent beauro.

N3 – office and apartment on the 3^rd floor are available for rent.

N5 – practically all the building on the ground floor are covered by bricklaying from invasion.

N7 is look very ugly and need some repair. It's not good idea to rent office for real estate agency. But “ce la vie!” how they say in France.

N9 contains a lot of things. Let's begin from the corner to the beginning.

First you can see closed store of clothes for woman. No business.

Then Tienda Latina – enterprises of the friend from Latin America.

Next space is available for sale. Before it was a store for imported goods. Nobody wanted?

Then Internet-cafe with owners from Africa. There is a lot of them all over the city.

Club-pub. Look like don't work.

The store of leading brends and designers cloths.

Cafeteria.

Beauty salon.

Small gallery.

N11- Store of materials cinematographico for collectioners, movies and cet.

N13- Sale/rent 150 m2 of the office space.

NN5-17 are united for Brotherhood of Veterans.

N19 – closed pub on the ground floor and apartment for rent.

N21 – Some apartments and studio are available for sale. On the first floor – food store of Jamon Iberico.

N23 look like for sale with bricklaying.

N25 – is occupied by hostel “Soho Malaga”

N27 ground floor and 3^rd floor are for sale.

N29 is occupied by Taberna.

N31 – the whole 5-storeyed building is empty and needs repair. When it'll occurred?

So, there is some statistics: for 16 numbers of houses:
1 government building, 1 civil organization, 14 acting enterprises,

1 house is fully free, 7 free office spaces, 3 offers for sale living space.

DISCOVERY OF A NEW STREET

Well, today I tried to improve my previous posts step by step. Now I want to place new pictures of the street that seems to me is very interesting. At least there is a theatre school on it and small gallery when two of my friends painters exhibit their works one by one in September and October. This is calle Vendeja, 1 October, 20.00.

It goes like parallel of Trinidad GRUND and I begin from the first numbers of the houses, from the Plaza de Marina, i.e. from thge side of the Port of Malaga.

This is closed store on the corner - cross with the calle Tomas Heredia. No business!

RETURN TO LARIOS

 Hello! Now I invite you to Calle Larios again. As you can see the first building from the left side with the store of women's underwear "Woman Secret' is open and free from the huge advertisement on its face. Restoration is over!
And the building on the next corner on the same side now is closed by special wall and as we can understand the restoration works in it is in progress now. What it will be in future I guess?
